We build structures that serve a variety of purposes. Before we begin your project, we consult with you to gain a better understanding of your needs. We take everything into consideration from function and size to how often it will be used and when you need it finished.
We then present you with a proposed schedule, outlining our timeline for the project from beginning to end. That way, you'll know just when your structure will be completed and ready for your use.
We can also schedule a site visit before beginning your project, as well.
Next, our sales professionals and experienced designer will collaborate to create a draft of your future structure. The draft will include your style requirements, along with provisions to ensure the safety and comfort of your horses or sufficient space for your equipment and machinery.
We use 3D modeling and Sketchup to create architectural concept drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and more to present you with a visual of your structure before it is fully built. We have relationships with licensed engineers and architects who will review and seal our drawings, should the local regulations requires this.
During this phase of the project, we also have the knowledge and experience to obtain the necessary permits to build on your land. Sometimes acquiring permits can be a daunting task; however, we are able to shoulder that responsibility for you.
Once we receive your approval and obtain the right permits, we begin the physical process of bringing your vision to life. Our professionals blend our Amish craftsmanship with general contracting services to provide you with a unique experience and final structure.
Throughout the process, we make every effort to keep you up to date with our latest progress. We want you to be fully satisfied with our work and your experience, so we value your honest feedback.
We understand that throughout the process, you may change your mind on certain materials or other details. We are more than happy to accommodate those changes in order to provide you with your ultimate structure.
Once your structure is complete, the project manager on your job will walk through the final project with you, ensuring your satisfaction.
When it comes to the care of your structure, we will gladly meet your maintenance and repair needs. Should the unthinkable happen to your structure—falling trees, unruly animals, etc.—we are just a phone call away. Our repair crew will be on the job as soon as possible.
By blending client communication with a solid building process, we bring you the best experience in the industry. From the time we meet to the moment you set foot in your new structure, we're with you every step of the way!
